MEXICANA AIRLINES on June 1 transferred its operations at New York's Kennedy Airport from Terminal 4 to Terminal 8. The move means Mexicana passengers don't have to change terminals to catch connecting flights with American Airlines, Mexicana's partner in the Oneworld alliance. Mexicana said the move also allows for speedier luggage handling on connecting flights with its Oneworld partners as well as more efficient immigration and customs procedures. Mexicana operates three flights a day between Kennedy and several destinations in Mexico.
