MEXICO
BOUTIQUE HOTELS launched a concierge service that offers
customers assistance across separate hotels in multiple
destinations. Mexico Boutique Hotels, which includes 45 properties
-- typically with fewer than 50 rooms each -- hired Rocio Martinez
Quintal, a member of the prestigious Clefs D'Or association of
international hotel concierges, to lead the new service. A week
prior to the guest's arrival, Martinez Quintal contacts guests to
confirm details of the reservation, recommend what to pack, offer a
weather forecast and share information about recommended tours and
activities in the area. The service is also available while the
guest is at the property. The concierge service is available from 9
a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on
Saturdays. Call (800) 728-9098 or visit www.mexicoboutiquehotels.com.
