BELFAST CITY AIRPORT, located just outside city center, was renamed George Best Airport May 22 in honor of the citys most famous sports star. Best, a football legend who played for Manchester United, died in 2002. Belfasts Aldergrove Airport, situated about 20 miles or 30 minutes by car from the city center, remains the citys principal airport.

TOURCRAFTERS tackled the problem of getting around the top visitor attractions in Rome with a new hop-on, hop-off bus service called Ciao Roma. THE MAC, the Contemporary Art Museum of French-speaking Belgium, was awarded the title Best Museum of 2006 in Wallonia by the association of Belgian museums. The structure consists partly of renovated buildings and new construction, and the exhibitions offer explanatory texts and guided visits in English, French, Dutch and German.
