THE SALE OF THE COCO PALMS RESORT on Kauai has been finalized, and Coco Palms Ventures has begun its $220 million restoration. The project will include redesigned bungalow-style rooms and condos, two restaurants and a spa. The project is expected to be complete in the summer of 2008.
