NATHAN BURTON and seven showgirls will be sealed inside a
Plexiglas box tomorrow, which will be suspended in midair in front
of the V Theater at the Desert Passage mall by the Aladdin Hotel
and Casino. Burton and company will stay inside the box for seven
days, surviving only on energy drinks. On March 15 the box will be
opened live on network television. The performer is pulling the
stunt to raise money for the tsunami relief effort. Those who cant

FANS in town for Sundays Nascar UAW-Daimler Chrysler 400
can meet Sterling Marlin, driver of the No. 40 Coors Light car, on
Thursday. One of only three Nascar drivers ever to win the Daytona
500 back-to-back, Marlin will be signing autographs and greeting
fans from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Plaza Hotel and Casino. On
Friday, Marlins car will be on display from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. under
the Plaza porte-cochere. From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., fans can find out
what it feels like to be a stock-car driver with the interactive
Nascar Activator Truck, sponsored by Coors. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
on Saturday, the No. 97 Crown Royal car that was driven by Kurt

FISH: Paul Teutul Sr., and Paul Teutul Jr., stars of the Discovery
Channels American Chopper reality series, on Friday will unveil two
choppers custom built for the Silverton. One of the bikes will
feature a mermaid theme to commemorate the Silvertons new Mermaid
Restaurant & Lounge, while the other will feature an outdoors
motif that ties in with propertys new Bass Pro shops Outdoors
World. The two bikes will be on display in the Silvertons grand
foyer indefinitely. The Teutels, who will be at the property
through Sunday, also will be bringing 50 other custom-made choppers
to the hotel-casino, where they will be on display in the grand
