ENTERTAINMENT will merge with Aztar Corp., owner of the
Tropicana Resort and Casino in Las Vegas and the Ramada Express
casino hotel in Laughlin, Nev. Under the merger agreement, Columbia
-- gaming affiliate of Columbia Sussex, which owns 82 hotels and
resorts and eight casinos throughout the U.S. -- will acquire Aztar
for $54 per share.
