THE BARCELO TUCANCUN BEACH HOTEL is promoting its reopening on April 22 with spring and summer packages. The resort, which completed a multimillion-dollar renovation following Hurricane Wilma, is offering a three-night, all-inclusive package for $229 per person. THE UPSCALE ONE&ONLY PALMILLA resort in Los Cabos launched a variety of summer packages valid from July 1 to Oct. 15 featuring such money-saving features as free nights and free golf. SEA KAYAK ADVENTURES, an adventure tour operator in Idaho, is promoting an expedition to the Baja peninsula that combines sea kayaking with yoga. Scheduled from April 30 to May 7, the seven-night Sea of Cortes Islands Yoga and Kayaking program begins just south of Loreto with kayaking along the arid coastlines of Danzante and Carmen islands, located in the Bay of Loreto National Marine Park.
