APPLE VACATIONS said it will offer daily nonstop service to Cancun (except Tuesdays) from Chicagos Midway Airport starting Feb. 7. Apple currently operates programs from Midway to Cancun four days a week on Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Apple is running a promotion whereby agents can earn one free roundtrip seat from Midway to Cancun when three bookings are made. A companion seat is earned after six bookings. SPEAKING OF CANCUN, the destination is gearing up for the first Cancun in Lights Festival. Scheduled for Nov. 25 to 28, the event will feature musicians such as Chaka Khan, Poncho Sanchez, Little Louie Vega, Claudia Villela and Los Amigos Invisibles. The four-day event will be broadcast by Fashion Television. Each evening will carry a different theme, with various activities taking place simultaneously, including movie screenings, food tastings prepared by Cancuns top restaurants and after-parties. The events will take place at the Hilton Cancun Beach & Golf Resort in an open-air amphitheater steps from the ocean. KARISMA RESORTS newest property, the Azul Hotel + Beach Resort in the Riviera Maya, will set the standard for the brands Gourmet-Inclusive concept, company officials said. Gourmet-Inclusive is designed to combine the all-inclusive vacation with a high level of food service. The program, which will be implemented at all of the companys resorts, requires in-depth training for all chefs and sommeliers. The Azul Hotel + Beach Resort is being marketed as the regions first all-inclusive boutique property. The 102-room property will have two restaurants, a cafe and sandwich shop, a tequila lounge and beach butlers providing refreshments, towels and sun products for guests on the beach. The resort is scheduled to open in November.

THE MARQUIS LOS CABOS BEACH, GOLF, SPA AND CASITAS RESORT is bringing a taste of Thanksgiving tradition to Los Cabos, with a three-night Thanksgiving Special package.
