Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is poised to open a 344-room property in Guangzhou, China, this summer. The property, which will occupy the top 30 floors of the new 103-story International Finance Center Guangzhou, will feature four restaurants, two bars, meetings facilities and the 11,517-square-foot Hua Spa.
Four Seasons will open a second hotel in Shanghai at Pudong this year, marking the fifth and sixth properties in the company’s Chinese portfolio.
Rates at the Guangzhou property begin at about $330 for a 560-square-foot Tower Room, $7,935 for the 2,725-square-foot Presidential Suite. An introductory Have It All package, including accommodations, buffet breakfast, 45-minute spa treatment and a $95 dining credit, is priced at about $475.
