Altamer Resort, a luxury villa complex on
Anguilla's Shoal Bay West, has partnered with Fort Lauderdale-based
Island Global Yachting on a joint venture development that will
include an upscale, 164-unit hotel; retail and residential
components; and the destination's first marina facility.

will be situated at the marina and close to the existing villa
complex, which includes four-story beachfront units with elevators,
marble bathrooms, Jacuzzi tubs, fully-equipped kitchens, wet bars,
sports facilities, Internet access, game rooms and a staff of 10
for each unit.
No timetable has
been set for the hotel opening as of yet.
