Minor Hotels has announced its luxury Anantara brand will make its Caribbean debut in 2029 with the Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences.
Officials say the property is meeting the growing demand for ultra-luxury private ownership in North Caicos.
On the Sandy Point coastline of North Caicos, the low-density development will feature 78 branded residences and beachfront villas designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. All the accommodations on the property are available for purchase, and short-term rentals will be managed by Anantara.
The property will also offer activities and amenities rooted in nature, such as on-site observatory for stargazing, nighttime relaxation rituals and sunrise practices. The Anantara Spa plans to incorporate native medicinal flora into treatments, while dining venues will highlight ingredients from the resort's orchards.
Other amenities include a comprehensive fitness center and yoga studios as well as courts for tennis, padel and pickleball. For those seeking aquatic adventure, there will be a dedicated watersports center that complements multiple pools designed for lounging.
Anantara Turks and Caicos Resort & Residences will have a private marina, and guests can access the property via Providenciales or North Caicos Airport.
