Several hotels in Aruba are offering
incentives for travelers in direct response to the Western
Hemisphere Travel Initiative, which will require all U.S. citizens
to carry a passport to enter or re-enter the U.S. from the anywhere
in the Western Hemisphere, effective Jan. 23.
