Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino introduced its Travel Companion website, an interactive trip-building itinerary tool.

The tool prompts users to enter a hotel confirmation number or prospective travel dates and then asks them to select one or more categories that suit their travel needs and interests, such as romance, dining, adventure, adults only, culture or family-friendly.

The site then generates a list of related activities on property and throughout the island that are available to the hotel’s guests.

Users can select and place the activities on their virtual itinerary. They can then submit the list to be booked by a designated resort representative and share the list via social media or save it as a wish list.

“Consumers don’t always realize the variety of experiences they can have while in Aruba while staying at the Marriott,” said Carolina Voullieme, the director of sales and marketing.

“This tool males it easy to create a dream vacation specifically designed for each guest.”
