Recording artist and pop star Rihanna signed a three-year deal with the Barbados Tourism Authority to promote the island.
The three-year partnership kicks off in Bridgetown on Aug. 5 with the singer’s full-length concert on her Loud Tour.
As tourism ambassador, Rihanna will promote Barbados through ad campaigns, social media outlets and personal appearances, including a September concert in Brazil, an emerging market for Barbados tourism.
