The 155-room BodyHoliday wellness resort in northwest St. Lucia will open its glass-enclosed Tree House studio in early December.
The Tree House is a high-rise, multifunctional space for spin instruction, fitness and yoga programs, and events.
The 1,000-square-foot structure is 25 feet above the ground and set on a hillside adjacent to the resort’s 30,000-square-foot wellness center.
It is surrounded by gardens and encased in eight-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows with views of the Caribbean Sea.
The open-air Zen Deck, situated on the structure’s rooftop, serves as a yoga studio, archery range and setting for banquets and dinner receptions.
Tree House programs include high-intensity classes, group fitness classes and one-on-one sessions in tai chi, Pilates, fencing, meditation, yoga and personal training. All programs are included in the all-inclusive resort rate.
