Caribbean Airlines launched expanded service to Dominica on Aug. 15, restoring direct flights from San Juan and increasing flight frequencies from Trinidad. The move follows Silver Airways ending operations and aims to bolster regional air access to Dominica.

The San Juan-Dominica route will operate three times per week, re-establishing a key connection for U.S. travelers. Flights from San Juan to Dominica will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, departing at 4 p.m. and arriving at 5:50 p.m. Return flights from Dominica to San Juan will run Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, departing at 10:25 a.m. and arriving at 12:15 p.m.

Flights between Dominica and Port of Spain, Trinidad, will operate five times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, up from a previous schedule of once a week. Flights from Trinidad to Dominica will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

These enhancements also improve connectivity for passengers traveling from key source markets such as New York and Toronto via Port of Spain.
