Cobblers Cove in Barbados unveiled several improvements, including renovations to 13 of 40 suites, retiling of the main pool and a redo of the original plantation house, which was built in 1930.
The resort offers several new packages, including Joie de Vivre, which features a complimentary upgrade and exchange dining with two other luxury resorts in Barbados.
The Family Suite plan includes two suites for the price of one and an activities program with sailing, swimming and tennis.
Other packages feature a tour of historic sites on the island and twice-weekly cooking demonstrations with visits to local markets and an organic farm.
A new face at Cobblers this winter is Alistair Forrest, general manager.
