The Curtain Bluff all-inclusive resort in Antigua will close
on May 6 for a six-month, $13 million renovation of its public spaces. The reopening
is slated for Oct. 28.
The project will include an overhaul of the resort entrance,
dining spaces, bar, lounge and reception area.
Once the 72-room resort reopens, travel agents' commission rate
will increase to 15%, according to Rob Sherman, Curtain Bluff's managing
