Haven Grande complex near the cruise ship terminal at
Havensight in Charlotte
The new development
is on the site of the former Yacht Haven Hotel which, although
destroyed by hurricanes in 1995, remained standing for years while
legal battles raged and visitors gaped at the eyesore.
The new Yacht Haven
Grande is designed for the mega-yacht market and will cater to
those who own and/or operate them.
The complex will
include a yacht club, retail space, four restaurants and 12
three-bedroom condominium units.
