Gansevoort Turks & Caicos unveiled its Gansevoort Villas collection with five of its seven luxury beachfront villas. Two more villas are under development.

The villas, which range from four to five bedrooms in size, are located on an elevated hillside overlooking the bay at Turtle Tail. Features include infinity pools, courtyards framed by stone walls, sunken outdoor fire pit lounge areas, stone and hardwood decks and swimming platforms at the ocean level.

The villas are managed by the resort; villa owners have signing privileges for all resort facilities, including the restaurants and Exhale Spa.

The villas are available for rent when not owner-occupied. All villa stays have a four-night minimum-stay requirement. A four-bedroom villa starts at $4,500 per night.

Another new feature at the 91-room Gansevoort resort is the seasonal Pink Bar, a pop-up bar on the beach that's open daily through mid-September and serving a selection of rose wines and champagnes.

"We partnered with Summer Water, a crisp rose that is the quintessential summer drink," said Grant Friedman, CEO and managing director. "We're elevating the island experience with this new experience for our guests that evokes the spirit of the islands."
