Cabot, a luxury golf resort and residential community developer based in Canada, will develop, manage and operate a new master planned resort complex in St. Lucia, marking the Cabot brand's first international property.
Located on Point Hardy, a 375-acre peninsula at the northern tip of the island, Cabot St. Lucia will include a golf club, residences and a resort.
The crown jewel of the resort will be the 18-hole Cabot Point designer golf course, with clifftop greens jutting into the ocean. The project will include hillside town homes, single-family homes, beachfront and blufftop residences' a 50-suite boutique hotel; three restaurants; retail shops; a spa and clubhouse; a beach club and a sports facility.
Construction will begin later this summer, with golf play slated for 2021.
