Grenada's new prime minister, Tillman Thomas, appointed Peter David minister of foreign affairs and tourism.
David is an attorney and a member of Parliament.
Tillman's new cabinet was sworn in at a ceremony at Grenada's National Stadium on July 13.
TIllman's National Democratic Congress party defeated the incumbent New National Party (NNP), headed by former Prime Minister Keith Mitchell, in general elections on July 8.
The NNP had been in power for the past 13 years and had served three consecutive terms in office.
