After five days trapped under the rubble, the co-owner of Port-au-Prince's Hotel Montana, which collapsed burying 200 people, was rescued on Saturday.

Nadine Cardozo, 62, was flown to Santo Domingo for recovery, accompanied by her husband, German Reinhard Riedl.

There is no word yet on Cardozo’s sister, co-owner and general manager Garthe Scardozo Stefanson.
