The Geejam Collection includes the seven-room Geejam Hotel & Recording Studio; the Trident Hotel with 13 studio and one- and two-bedroom villas with private plunge pools; and the eight-room Trident Castle.
The just-opened villas include the six-room Cocosan with en suite bathrooms, a private gym and steam room.
Rates start at $3,000 per night and cover chauffeur service, airport transfers, housekeeping, breakfast, personal chef and use of spa facilities.
The three-bedroom Sanwood villa overlooking Geejam beach has its own pool and features wall murals by the artist Banksy.
Rates start at $1,295 per night.
Both the five-bedroom Blue Marlin and the four-bedroom Panorama villas will be available for rental in July 2015.
Reopening next summer after renovations will be the 140-seat, over-the-water Blue Lagoon restaurant with views of and access to the deepest spring-fed lagoon in Jamaica.
