The Jamaica Tourist Board launched its Join Me in Jamaica digital video campaign to connect travelers to the people of Jamaica and to showcase the destination's authentic experiences.

The eight 90-second videos feature local celebrities sharing stories about their profession, love of homeland and what makes Jamaica a great place to visit. Each video was created using unscripted responses as narrative, and each is accompanied by visuals related to the natural surroundings.

The videos include a visit to Ras Natango Garden & Gallery in the village of Camrose overlooking Montego Bay; a conversation with a Blue Mountain coffee expert at Creighton Coffee Estate in the Blue Mountains; and a visit to Just Coool Pudding grocery store in Priory near St. Ann on the north coast.

To further promote authentic experiences in Jamaica, the campaign includes a sweepstakes promotion where travelers can register at to win a four-night stay that includes visits to three of sites featured in the videos. Deadline for entries is Aug. 17.
