Caribbean regional carrier LIAT has switched to a standard IATA schedule — two seasons instead of three.
The winter schedule starts Oct. 26 and will run through March 28.
"By maintaining the schedule for a longer period, it allows customers to plan further ahead and allows for better connections with international flights to the U.S., the U.K. and Europe," said LIAT CEO David Evans.
The carrier also announced new service four times a week between Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Santo Domingo, D.R., starting Dec. 5.
