Spain's Lopesan Hotel Group is opening three new Punta Cana all-inclusives in the Dominican Republic this spring.
The properties will join the group's existing Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort, Spa & Casino, which opened in Punta Cana in 2019.
The new resorts include the 552-room Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort, Spa & Casino; the 239-room adults-only Lopesan Serenity Bay; and the 244-room family-focused Lopesan Splash Cove.
All four Lopesan properties will be connected via The Boulevard, an open-air promenade featuring dining and entertainment venues.
The Lopesan Caoba Lagoon will offer amenities like cenote-inspired pools, a 16,000-square-foot spa with 31 treatment rooms, a waterpark and event and convention facilities, while the Lopesan Serenity Bay will be home to dedicated adults-only food and beverage venues.
The Lopesan Splash Cove will feature five pools, including a dedicated children's pool, and a variety of entertainment and sports spaces.
Lopesan Caoba Lagoon guests will have exchange privileges at the Lopesan Serenity Bay and Lopesan Splash Cove, though Serenity Bay and Splash Cove guests won't have access to the Lopesan Caoba Lagoon.
Lopesan has opened bookings for the three new resorts, with an introductory discount available for reservations made through Feb. 28 for travel between June 1 and Dec. 23.
Travel advisor programs, booking incentives and commission structures are set to be announced at a later date.
In addition to its Punta Cana resorts, Lopesan has around 20 other properties across Spain, Germany and Austria.
