Sapphire Sands Villas is the newest beachfront retreat from St. Lucia's Bay Gardens Resorts, which is a collection of five distinct properties in Rodney Bay Village.
Opening this month on the golden sands of Reduit Beach, the modern Caribbean-style property offers nine villas that can be rented out in one-, two- or three-bedroom configurations or connected to create bigger accommodations. The villas feature full kitchens and private balconies, with select ground-floor units boasting private plunge pools.
Dine in … or Dine Around
The resort's culinary centerpiece is Kimchi & Kalaloo, an innovative waterfront restaurant serving Asian-Caribbean fusion. Guests can enjoy everything from the island's daily catch to an authentic Korean barbecue experience. Part of the hotel's all-inclusive plan is the Dine Around Program, specifically for guests staying seven nights or longer. It enables guests to dine at six local restaurants (two nights out of seven) in Rodney Bay Village, with roundtrip transportation included. The program is designed to expand dining options beyond the on-site restaurants. Another standout feature is the Stay at 1, Play at 5 program, granting guests access to the facilities, pools and dining across all Bay Gardens' sister properties.
Wellness and adventure are also central to the Sapphire Sands experience. The property features an open-air yoga pavilion, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a boutique spa with six treatment rooms. Families are well-catered for with the Coral Kidz Club and unlimited access to Splash Island Waterpark, the island's premier open-water inflatable course.
