Authorities in St. Kitts formally have formally charged five men with ambushing a tour bus and robbing a group of Celebrity Mercury passengers at gunpoint on Nov. 14.

The suspects are charged with armed robbery and face up to 20 years in prison if convicted, according to Vaughn Henderson, police spokesman.

Four suspects were picked up on Nov. 16; three of the four were charged with robbery and one was later released. The police later arrested two more men.

The suspects are all in their 20s.

The masked gunmen robbed 17 tourists as the bus headed to Brimstone Hill Fortress. Tours to the popular park have resumed.
