The 184-unit Morritt's Resort on the east end of Grand Cayman will open the Londoner, a new 20-unit luxury section of the property, in mid-May.
Morritt's complex includes Morritt's Tortuga Club, Morritt's Grand Resort and Morritt's Residences.
The Londoner, Tortuga Club and Morritt's Grand Resort have timeshare units that become hotel inventory when not occupied by owners.
An opening promotion at the Londoner offers a rate of $250 per night for a two-bedroom suite, $275 for a townhouse unit and $350 per night for a three-bedroom penthouse.
Rates are valid on reservations for travel May 18 through Oct. 30. Commission is 10%.
Facilities include balconies overlooking the beach and full kitchens in each unit, two restaurants, pools, water sports, La Mer Spa and Camp David kids' club for ages four to 12 years with fees from $45 for a half day to $80 for a full day.
The resort has its own shopping center with a grocery store, liquor store, car rental agency and a restaurant.
The Tortuga Club will launch a renovation of its 131 units in May.
The complex also is building a new tennis facility with two courts, a clubhouse, swimming pool and bar.
