New resort project on St. Croix to feature golf club community

Solitude Valley, a new golf club community, will be developed on 1,100 acres in the western section of St. Croix as part of a larger master-planned resort project called Annaly Bay.

The new golf community will feature an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, a golf academy and driving range.

Annaly Bay Development Co. also purchased an interest in the existing Robert Trent Jones 18-hole Carambola Golf and Country Club.

Preliminary plans for the Solitude Valley community include private residences and condominiums while Annaly Bay will feature three hotels as well as estate homes and villas. No opening dates have been set.
