The Radisson Blu Aruba is adding a new flavor to a beverage landscape dominated by rum with the debut of Blu Tap Cider. The hotel said it is the Caribbean's first dedicated cider bar, bringing a harvest-driven, small-batch experience to the heart of Palm Beach.
Developed in exclusive partnership with South Hill Cider from New York's Finger Lakes region, the bar features a rotating selection of terroir-driven pours. The ciders are crafted at South Hill's New York cidery and shipped to Aruba, with South Hill Cider actively curating the selection.
The menu follows a seasonal rotation, designed to align with shifting ingredient availability. Guests can enjoy guided cider flights, cider cocktails or a curated list of premium spirits.
The bar also features a food menu that includes tapas from the hotel's on-site restaurant, Don Esteban Gourmet, that is paired with each pour.
Blu Tap Cider is open daily from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
UPDATE: This report was updated at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time to add information on South Hill Cider's role as partner in the Blu Tap Cider bar.
