Resort to debut on South Caicos

The 770-acre Sailrock Resort, located on 8.3-square-mile South Caicos, will debut in January.

The resort, which features the Great House with shaded verandahs, a lobby and reception area, is housed within the Sailrock South Caicos development, which includes a community of luxury homes as well as the Ridgetop Suites and Beachfront villas.

Activities at Sailrock will include dive programs in the world's third largest coral reef, hiking nature trails, birdwatching, biking and water sports.

Facilities include an infinity pool, poolside bar, the Great House restaurant and bar and a range of villa and suite accommodations set in gardens or with ocean views.

Future development phases will include more dining options, a golf course and the Na Spa.

Rates require a three-night minimum stay and start at $400 per suite, per night, double and at $4,625 per night for a four-bedroom beachfront villa. South Caicos is a 25-minute flight from Providenciales.
