In a continued expansion of its North America leadership team, Aurora Expeditions appointed Beth Mercier vice president of sales.

Mercier has worked at multiple expedition cruise lines, including Hurtigruten, Quark and most recently Terra Nova Expeditions, where she was chief commercial officer.
Aurora is based in Australia but has recently been growing its North America team and leadership team overall. In January, Aurora named Sue Haefner director of trade marketing for North America and named a global communications director, Madeline Georgiadis.
The cruise line's latest ship, the Douglas Mawson, debuted in December.
