Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has named Bob Binder president and CEO of Oceania Cruises. Binder takes over the president’s position from Jason Montague.

Montague remains president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and adds the title of CEO of that luxury cruise line. Norwegian Cruise Line president Andy Stuart also has added the CEO title.

NCLH's CEO, Frank Del Rio, said the leadership changes “further align our organizational structure with the unique needs of each brand.”

Binder, a co-founder of Oceania, will continue in his current role as vice chairman of Regent and Oceania, a position he has held since 2011. Prior to that, Binder served as president of Oceania Cruises, where he played a key role in the development and design of new Oceania ships and new restaurant concepts.

Del Rio, called Binder “a uniquely qualified industry veteran to strengthen and grow the Oceania brand and further enhance its position as the leading upper-premium cruise line.”
