The Carnival Inspiration, a ship that sails short cruises year-round from Long Beach, Calif., is getting new dining and bar spaces. The renovation will occur in Portland, Ore., from Jan. 18 to Feb 5.

When the 2,052-passenger ship resumes service, it will have Guy’s Burger Joint (a complimentary poolside restaurant developed in partnership with Food Network star Guy Fieri), complimentary poolside Mexican eatery BlueIguana Cantina, BlueIguana Tequila Bar, RedFrog Rum Bar, Alchemy Bar and candy shop Cherry On Top.

The additions are part of the Carnival Fun Ship 2.0 refurbishment program that started in 2011, in which older Carnival ships get dining innovations that were introduced on the Magic and Breeze. The Fantasy and Valor are slated to get the upgrades later this year.
