MSC Cruises has hired Erin Douglas as president of field sales for the U.S. as the line pushes to expand in the North American market.
Douglas has spent more than 20 years in the cruise industry, 14 of them at Carnival Cruise Line, where she most recently served as senior director of strategic partnerships.
Douglas will oversee MSC Cruises’ efforts to further partner with travel advisors and lead the brand's business development teams as they double in size to accommodate the line's expansion in the U.S. The line plans to base five ships in the U.S. next year.
