Niche cruise marketer enhances website


The Niche Cruise Marketing Alliance upgraded its website to make it more user-friendly to travel agents and their clients.

Among the new features are downloadable profiles and videos of the eight member lines. The site also enables consumers to locate a travel agent specializing in niche cruises.

On the site, each member line is supported with a brief description of the type of product it offers, and provides contact information and links to the websites for each of the eight individual lines.

Visitors to the site can enter their ZIP code and find Niche Cruise specialists (travel agents who have completed the NCMA training seminar) close to their homes. Niche Cruise Specialists also can be located by entering the agent or agency name or the name of city where the agency is located.

Using the Destination Map feature on the site, agency clients can click on the part of the world they would like to explore, and the site will show them which cruise lines offer sailings to that location.

NCMA member lines are American Cruise Lines, Cruceros Australis, Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, Galapagos Explorer II, Hurtigruten, Imperial River Cruises, Louis Cruises and Star Clippers.
