Quesnele most recently served as vice president of sales at Gogo Vacations, where he was responsible for the company's sales strategy and cultivation of key partner relationships.

He will be responsible for driving NCL's national account sales in Canada and the U.S.

The changes come as NCL prepares to welcome the Norwegian Prima, the first of six Prima Class vessels.

Rothe, who has been with NCL for more than a decade, was tapped to lead a new division focusing on identifying and implementing new and creative sales opportunities, channels and strategies within the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Charters, Meetings and Incentives group.
