Oceania Cruises changes executive leadership

Joe Watters is stepping down from his day-to-day duties as chairman of Oceania Cruises at the end of the year and will take on the title of founding chairman. He will remain a member of the board of directors.

"Watters will continue to provide guidance and leadership just as he's done in the past," said company spokesman Tim Rubacky, adding that Watters will continue his high level of involvement with the travel agent community and in the company's growth.

Frank Del Rio, current president and CEO, will assume the title and duties of chairman and CEO.

Bob Binder, current executive vice president, will become president of the line.

James Rodriguez has been appointed to the new position of vice president of sales and marketing.  He currently serves as vice president of national accounts and e-commerce.
