Oceania Cruises has named Brennan Quesnele senior vice president of sales, effective Feb. 24. He comes to the upper-premium line from sister brand Norwegian Cruise Line.

Quesnele replaces Nikki Upshaw, who left Oceania in January.
Quesnele will oversee the line's sales strategies and partner relationships globally. He is tasked with maximizing growth opportunities across all trade sales channels. The heads of field sales, strategic accounts and international sales report to him. Quesnele will report directly to Oceania president Frank A. Del Rio.
NCL's vice president of field sales for North America, Derek Lloyd, will replace Quesnele as vice president of strategic and national accounts.
Quesnele mostly has served as NCL's vice president of strategic and national accounts since 2022. Before joining NCL, Quesnele was vice president of sales at Gogo Vacations, a vacation packager that ceased operations last year.
The new hire comes with Jason Montague returning to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to oversee Oceania and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Montague begins Feb. 17.
