The French luxury expedition line Ponant is partnering
with Ducasse Conseil, the consulting arm of the Alain Ducasse Enterprise.
Alain Ducasse was one of the first chefs to own
restaurants with three Michelin stars in three cities.
For the cruise line, Ducasse Conseil will
collaborate with Ponant's chefs on menu creation and training.
Ponant was recently acquired by Artemis, a holding
company for a portfolio of luxury brands controlled by France’s Pinault family.
