Prestige Cruise Holdings, parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, named Kunal Kamlani president and chief operating officer.
The addition of Kamlani follows the recent move of Oceania co-founder and long-time president Bob Binder to vice chairman of Prestige, as the company continues its international growth.
Kamlani will assume responsibility for strategic marketing, sales, e-commerce, public relations, promotions and procurement for Oceania and Regent Seven Seas.
He rejoins Prestige from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, where he served as head of the multibillion-dollar Global Investment Solutions division. Prior to that, Kamlani was Prestige's chief financial officer.
His past work experience also includes serving as the chief operating officer of Smith Barney and vice president of corporate development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Oceania President Bruce Himelstein and Regent Seven Seas President Mark Conroy will report to Kamlani.
