Princess new builds slated for Alaska sailings

LOS ANGELES -- Princess Cruises will send two new builds, Coral Princess and Island Princess, to Alaska next year.

The 88,000-ton sister ships both will sail Princess' Voyage of the Glaciers between Vancouver and Seward, calling in Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan, and visiting Glacier Bay National Park.

The Island Princess' first Alaska cruise is scheduled for May 31. The Coral Princess, slated to debut in December, begins its Alaska season May 31, 2003.
