Princess Cruises will increase its Canada and New England sailings by 30% in 2011, with a new summer itinerary on the Caribbean Princess.

The ship will offer four sailings on a new nine-day itinerary from New York that includes calls in Sydney, Nova Scotia; and Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

The Caribbean Princess will offer the sailings beginning May 17, 2011, between departures of its nine-day Bermuda-Caribbean summer itinerary.

Princess said the new sailings give passengers the choice of sailing either north or south on their summer vacation.

During fall 2011, Princess' Canada and New England program continues with 14 sailings on two weeklong itineraries from New York on the Caribbean Princess, and a 10-day itinerary between New York and Quebec City on the Crown Princess.
