Princess to shuffle ships between brands

LOS ANGELES -- Princess Cruises will add another new ship to its lineup in 2004 by transferring a ship currently on order for sister line P&O Cruises.

The new Grand Princess-class ship will be named Crown Princess; the current Crown Princess is moving this month to P&O Princess' German-based line A'Rosa Cruises.

Meanwhile, Princess' Sea Princess will be moved to P&O Cruises in spring 2003 and renamed the Adonia.

That ship will replace the Arcadia, which will move to a new U.K. cruise line, Ocean Village. P&O Princess currently is developing Ocean Village as an informal cruise product for the U.K. market.
