Royal Caribbean International said it will offer an eight-day transatlantic cruise from Southampton, England, to New York on the new Quantum of the Seas after its fall 2014 delivery.
The cruise is set for Nov. 2 to 10.
Quantum, the first of a new class of ship for Royal Caribbean, is scheduled to cruise year-round to Florida and the Caribbean from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, N.J.
The 4,180-passenger Quantum will be followed by a similar ship, Anthem of the Seas, in spring 2015.
