The ship's Nov. 10 itinerary, a Suez Canal cruise scheduled to sail from Athens to Santorini; Kusadasi; Port Said, Sharm el Sheikh and Safaga, Egypt, and Muscat, Oman, was canceled. The Nov. 24 sailing, a 13-night cruise from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to Bombay and Cochin, India; Phuket, Thailand; Penang and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Singapore, also was canceled.

Royal Caribbean is contacting affected passengers and agents; passengers booked on the canceled cruises will receive a 50% discount if they rebook a Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises departure on or before Dec. 15; rebooking must be made prior to Oct. 31. Guests who do not rebook will receive a refund for the canceled cruise. Agent commissions are protected.
