Royal Caribbean’s 2,100-passenger Radiance of the Seas emerged from a 21-day drydock with Oasis-class enhancements.

The ship, which entered service in 2001, now features a variety of dining and entertainment options, children’s programming and technology advancements that Royal Caribbean introduced on the Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas.

The Radiance now has the Samba Grill, a Brazilian churrascaria; Rita’s Cantina, a Mexican eatery; and Giovanni’s Table, an Italian restaurant.

Royal Caribbean also has adding a Diamond Lounge for Crown & Anchor Society loyalty program members, the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, interactive flat-panel televisions in all staterooms and Wi-Fi throughout the ship.

The ship this summer is sailing seven-night Alaska itineraries before repositioning to Australia and New Zealand for its first season there.
