Regent Seven Seas Cruises on Thursday announced a series of refurbishments, ameneties and programs in the third phase of what it's calling the Seven Seas Signature Initiative.
Beginning in October, select public rooms and suites will be renovated and iPads will be available in penthouse or higher catgories.
Carpeting, curtains and balcony furniture will be replaced, among other upgrades.
The estimated cost will be $20 million per ship for each of the line's three ships.
Also, guests in concierge-level suites and higher will have priority for shore excursion and restaurant reservations booked online, starting in the summer of 2012.
Additionally, Compass Rose and La Veranda restaurants will be expanded, with greater emphasis on regional foods that tie in with the ports of call.
Earlier this month, the line announced other amenities for the summer 2012 season.
